How to Book a Hospital or Clinic Appointment via HA Go?

Ready to secure your medical appointment effortlessly using HA Go? Follow these straightforward steps to book a slot at your preferred clinic or explore nearby alternatives with ease.

Steps to Book Hospital or Clinic Appointment via HA Go

  1. On the main menu of HA Go, choose BookHA (Book SOPC).
  1. Press Book for self.
  1. Find the clinic that you want to book, if there is quota available, click Book.
  1. If there is no quota available in your preferred clinic, click Book nearby clinic or Search other clinics.
  1. The system will identify the earliest available timeslot, if you are available on that timeslot, click Accept this timeslot.
    1. If you are not available on the offered timeslot, you can refuse the offer and choose to search for available quota in other sessions of the next 24 hours.
      1. Click Reject this timeslot & search another session.
      2. Click Confirm to search for another session.
      3. Select a session, then press Confirm.
      4. If you are okay with the alternative timeslot offered click Accept this timeslot.
  1. Booking confirmed, you can check the details of the booking and then press Exit.
