Preliminary Registration for Government-owned Dental Clinics
1. Pre-Registration (Evening Before Service Day)
- Timing: Pre-registration begins at 20:00 on the evening before the service day.
- Example: For services on Friday, pre-registration starts at 20:00 on Thursday.
- Location: Go to the government dental clinic offering services.
- What to Bring:
- Original identity documents (Hong Kong ID card, etc.) for verification.
- Process:
- Queue at the clinic. Staff will register your personal information and verify your identity documents.
- Important: Each person can only register once. After registration, you can leave immediately.
- Quota: Registration stops when the clinic reaches its quota for the general public session. Make sure to arrive early to secure a spot.
2. Collecting the Disc on Service Day
- Disc Collection Timing:
- Morning sessions: Return to the clinic in the morning of the service day to collect a disc for treatment.
- Mona Fong Dental Clinic: Disc collection is in the afternoon of the service day.
- Disc Distribution: The clinic will distribute discs based on the order of pre-registration. You must collect a disc to receive treatment.
3. Formal Registration and Treatment
- After receiving your disc, follow the formal registration process as instructed at the clinic. Treatment will be provided on a first-come, first-served basis, according to the order of the discs distributed.
