How to Register and Set up HA Go App?

HA Go App is a mobile application developed by the Hospital Authority (HA) in Hong Kong. It is designed to provide convenient access to various healthcare services offered by public hospitals and clinics under the Hospital Authority. With HA Go, migrant workers can easily book appointments, access medical records, and receive important health-related information, assisting them in maintaining their health and well-being while working abroad.

Steps to Sign Up

  1. Download HA Go App
  1. Click Register Now to start registration process
  1. Enter your personal information
    1. HKID number
    2. English name
    3. Hong Kong mobile number
  1. Create username and password
  1. Tick I have read and agree to the terms and conditions box → Click Next
  1. Input 6-digits verification code that was sent via SMS
  1. Registration is successful, now you need to activate your account
    1. Visit closest HA hospital or clinics for activation
        • You need to bring your HKID card and QR code generated in HA Go (you need to click Activate now to be able to check the QR code)
    2. Online activation
        3. If you have registered iAM Smart or eHealth, you can just click Activate now to activate your account without visiting HA hospital or clinic in-person
