Online Methods

  • SmarTone Prepaid app
    • Steps to Top-up:
        1. Download SmarTone app:
          1. Android App
          2. iOS App
        1. Open SmarTone Prepaid app
        1. Click Top-up
        1. Click E-Wallet and choose top-up amount
        1. Select e-Wallets to process the payment
    • Available e-Wallets and payment: Credit Card, Octopus, WeChat Pay, Alipay HK, PayMe
  • Octopus
    • Steps to Top-up:
        1. Download Octopus app:
          1. Android App
          2. iOS App
        1. Open Octopus app → Click Payment
        1. Choose SmarTone → click Prepaid Card Recharge
        1. Choose payment type:
          1. Octopus Wallet: Sign in to your Octopus Wallet account and click on the Confirm
          2. Octopus card: Activate the NFC function on your device, then simply tap your Octopus card
        1. The top-up value will be updated in you account within 5 mins
  • WeChat Pay (HK Wallet)
    • Steps to Top-up:
        1. Open WeChat app → click Me
        1. Click Wallet
        1. Choose Telecom Payment → click Prepaid Card Top-up
        1. Enter your mobile number
        1. Choose SmarTone → click Recharge Now
        1. Input your payment password
