Steps to Sign Up

  1. Download Hang Seng Personal Banking App
  1. Open the app → Click Mobile Account Opening
  1. Take picture of your HKID as instructed to verify your identity
  1. Take a selfie by following the instructions
  1. Fill your personal details to open the account
  1. (Optional) Register for payroll service by ticking the I would like to use this account for my payroll box or you can just click Next
  1. Set up your username and click Continue
 
In case that online account opening doesn’t work for you, you can make an appointment at your nearest Hang Seng branch here
You need to bring original copy of following documents while visiting the branch:
  • Hong Kong Identity Card
  • Passport
  • Employment Contract
    • contract stamped by an appropriate Consulate issued within the last 24 months
    • a copy of your visa within validity date
