How to Register and Set Up Panda Remit?

Sending money home just got easier with Panda Remit! Here's a step-by-step guide to sign up and enjoy seamless remittance services.

  • Fee: HKD 7-30

Prepare the Necessary Documents:
  • Passport
  • Address
  • Contact number (Mobile phone number)

Steps to Sign Up

  1. Open Panda Remit App → Click Send Now
      • or you can also register via Panda Remit website here
  1. Enter your mobile phone number → Click Get Code
  1. Enter the code that you got on your mobile phone → Click Login
  1. Set your login password
  1. Click the avatar to fill in Remitter information and upload your Personal ID
    1. Enter Remitter Information: Last Name, First Name, Date of Birth, Email, Source of Income, Address (Street and Number, Post Code, City) → Click Next
    2. Choose Personal ID: Passport → Click Take the photo of the document and a selfie
  1. To have the passport automatically photographed, scan it as shown and line it up with the region indicated by the mask.
  1. Once the upload was successful, you can proceed to send money.
