Embarking on the journey to register for TNG Wallet? Follow our step-by-step guide to streamline the registration and set-up process.

Steps to Sign Up

  1. Download TNG Wallet App
  1. Allow TNG Wallet to access and manage your phone calls.
  1. Select your preferred language โ†’ Click Next.
  1. Click Create New Account.
  1. Input your mobile number, then tick the box to agree with the Terms and Conditions โ†’ Click Next.
  1. Enter the 4-digit OTP you received via SMS.
  1. Create your login password (8 digits) โ†’ Re-enter the password.
  1. Create your transaction PIN (6 digits) โ†’ Re-enter the transaction PIN.

Upgrade to SVIP+

  1. Login to your TNG Wallet.
  1. On the main page, beside your name click VIP or Normal.
  1. Then click Pending Your Submission.
  1. Click Start Apply โ†’ Enter your login password and press green check in the bottom-right corner.
  1. Enter the 4-digit OTP you received via SMS.
  1. Choose your origin country (Philippines, Indonesia, Hong Kong, or others) โ†’ Click Confirm.
  1. You will be shown how to scan your Hong Kong ID card and your selfie โ†’ Click Next to go to the next page.
  1. On the last page (Step 5), Click Take a photo now โ†’ Allow TNG to access your camera by clicking OK on the TNG Would Like to Access The Camera pop-up.
  1. Start the scanning process.
      • First step: Place the front of your Hong Kong ID card within the frame; it will be captured automatically โ†’ Click Continue if all the data on the card is visible and readable.
      • Second step: Scan the back of your Hong Kong ID card within the frame; it will be captured automatically โ†’ Click Continue if all the data on the card is visible and readable.
      • Click Continue to start taking the selfie, put your face in the frame, and fill the oval with your face.
  1. Enter your Hong Kong home address based on your Hong Kong ID card โ†’ Click Next once you've checked that all the information you entered is correct.
  1. Choose "Foreign Domestic Helpers" as your job status โ†’ Click Next.
  1. Choose the range of your salary (e.g., HK$ 5,001 - 9,999) โ†’ Click Next.
  1. Choose "Remittance" (and other purposes if applicable) as your purpose of the account โ†’ Click Next.
  1. Choose "Cash Top-Up" (available at 7-Eleven, etc.) as your primary top-up channel โ†’ Click Next.
  1. Choose "Salary" as your initial and ongoing source of income or wealth โ†’ Click Next.
  1. Check your detailed information, and if everything is correct, click Confirm.
  1. TNG Wallet will notify you once your upgrade is approved (1-2 working days) โ†’ Click Back to Wallet.
  1. You can check the status of your upgrade application by clicking VIP or Normal beside your name on the main page.
