Steps to Transfer Money

1. Open the AlipayHK App
Launch the AlipayHK app on your mobile device and navigate to the homepage.

2. Tap Transfer
On the homepage, tap the “Transfer” option to begin the process.

3. Select the Payee
Choose the recipient by:
• Selecting an existing payee from your contacts, or
• Entering the recipient’s phone number, AlipayHK account number, or bank account number manually.

4. Select the Transfer Method
Choose your preferred transfer method. Options include:
• Instant transfer
• FPS (Faster Payment System)
• WhatsApp or SMS

5. Enter and Confirm the Transfer Amount
Input the amount you wish to transfer and confirm it before proceeding.

6. Select Payment Method
Choose your payment method (e.g., linked bank account, stored balance, or credit card).

7. Confirm and Complete the Transfer
• Tap Confirm to review the transaction details.
• Enter your payment password to finalize the transaction.

Remittance Fees

• Fee: HKD 25 per transaction.

• Waivers:
• Fee waived for single remittance over CNY 3,500.
• Fee waived for your first remittance transaction.

• Via GCash: No fee.

• Cash Pickup or Bank Transfer: HKD 15 per transaction.

• Fee: HKD 15 per transaction.
