Now that your Panda Remit account is all set up, let's dive into the simple steps to transfer money overseas seamlessly.
Adding Recipient
- Click Add a recipient.
- Fill in the recipient information:
- Last Name, First Name, Bank card number, Mobile phone number, Relationship with recipient, Remittance purpose.
- Click Next; the recipient information is saved.
Steps to Transfer Money
- On the Panda Remit App, select a destination country where you want to send your money.
- Enter the amount to be sent → Click Send Now.
- Choose a Recipient (Click +Add Recipient if you want to transfer to a new person).
- Choose your receive method:
- Cash Pickup
- Philippines:
- Pick-up Agents: Palawan Pawnshop, Cebuana Lhuillier, M Lhuillier.
- Limit: PHP 25,000.
- Bank Account.
- e-Wallet
- Indonesia:
- e-Wallets: Dana, GoPay, TrueMoney.
- Limit.
- Philippines:
- e-Wallets: GCash, Paymaya, Coins.
- Limit: PHP 50,000.
- (If you click +Add Recipient) Fill up new recipient information → Click Next.
- Read the quick reminder, then press Got it.
- Select the added recipient and review the order details.
- If all is correct, click Pay Now.
- Select the payment method (FPS, WeChat, Alipay, or E-Banking Transfer) - It is recommended to use FPS for faster arrival.
- Check the payment details where you should transfer the payment for your remittance order.
- Make your payment transfer and don’t forget to put your order ID in the remarks when sending the payment transfer. Payment needs to be made within 24 hours, or your order will expire.
- After you make your payment transfer, click on Order Details to check the progress.
- Take a screenshot of your order details for future reference.
