Now that your TNG Wallet account is up and running, let's delve into the straightforward steps of transferring money to a local e-wallet account using TNG Wallet. Follow this comprehensive guide for a seamless remittance experience.

Steps to Transfer Money (to e-Wallet)

  1. Login into your TNG Wallet
  1. On the main page, click Global Remittance
  1. Choose already registered friend from the list or click Other Friend or Transfer to Self
  1. Press Other Currency and check the exchange rate, then choose the currency that you want to send
  1. Enter the amount that you want to send → press green check on the down-right corner
  1. Click Transfer to Overseas Bank
  1. Under Bank Name, you can find the name of the e-Wallet you want to send money to → select the desired e-Wallet service.
      • Available e-Wallet (fee: HKD 9):
        • Indonesia: Ovo, Dana, GoPay, ShopeePay, Paytren, AstraPay, IMkas, LinkAja
        • Philippines: Gcash, Paymaya, Coins.ph
  1. Enter the mobile number of the recipient on the Bank Information then click OK
  1. Enter other information
      • Recipient Mobile Number
      • Recipient Nationality (ex. Indonesia or Philippines)
      • Relationship with recipient (ex. Friend or Spouse)
      • Purpose of transaction (ex. Family expense)
      • Source of funds (Choose Salary)
  1. Check if all the information correct → press green check on the down-right corner
  1. Enter your PIN number and the transaction will be done
  1. You can check your transaction history on the main page → click Transaction History
