How to do e-KYC Registration in 7-Eleven?

Register for e-KYC at 7-Eleven
📌
If you want to top up your e-wallet (like Dash or Slide) at any 7-Eleven store in Singapore, you must first complete a one-time e-KYC (electronic Know Your Customer) registration. This short guide explains the steps to register and get approved.
Under Singapore’s Payment Services Act 2019, 7-Eleven is required to verify your identity (this is called "Know Your Customer" or KYC) before you can top up your e-wallet at their stores. Please follow the steps below to complete your registration.

Step 1: Customer Identification

  • Fill in your personal details
    • A copy of your NRIC, FIN, Work Pass, Employment Pass, Long-Term Pass or S Pass (Ensure camera and location access is allowed)
    • A selfie (Allow camera and location access)
    • Foreigners must also provide:
      • Pass type
      • Expiry date
      • Pass status (active, pending, others)
    • Your residential address
    • Your contact number and email
    • Your e-wallet Wallet ID, handphone number (with or without 65), or account number
  • Upload a copy or photo of your Work Permit
  • Select your e-wallet provider (Dash, Slide, etc.)

Step 2: Customer Verification

  • After you submit the form, a Unique ID will be shown. Save or screenshot this for your records.
  • It may take up to 3 working days for your application to be approved.
  • During this time, you cannot top up your e-wallet at 7-Eleven.

Step 3: Transaction Monitoring

  • Once approved, you can top up your e-wallet at any 7-Eleven store.
  • 7-Eleven will monitor your transactions regularly to ensure safety and detect suspicious activity.

Step 4: Ongoing Monitoring

  • Your account will be reviewed every year to make sure all information is up to date.
  • You don’t need to do anything unless 7-Eleven contacts you.
